2. How do I place an order?
Just browse our website, pick the PC or merchandise you want, add it to your cart, and checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is complete.
3. How long does shipping take?
Production: 2–7 business days
Standard U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery: 4–12 business days
We also offer Express Delivery on select products for faster shipping.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs and times vary depending on the country. Check the checkout page for details.
5. Can I return or exchange something?
Custom PCs are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Apparel/merchandise can be returned within 30 days if unworn, unused, and in original condition.
